Communities across the country are creating parks where people of all abilities can experience the joy of playing together! Fundraising is underway for Gallatin’s first all-inclusive park located within the city’s Triple Creek Park. This park which they named the Miracle Park will consist of just shy of 6 acres of A.D.A. compliant recreation for those with mobility impairments, special needs and the community as a whole. The Miracle Park will be home to a special ball field, an amazing pedal park and a large playground each equipped with unique features not found in every park . The Miracle Park is designed for those physically unable to play at a typical park facilities. Special features for this park will include a wheelchair swing, plenty of ramps, poured in place ball field surfacing with flat bases and hand railings for support just to name a few.
