Budget Billing
This plan helps you budget your monthly energy cost by spreading out payments equally over 12 months. In order to be eligible for this program you must be active on our system for at least thirteen months at the address where you want the account to be budgeted. The account must also have a zero balance due at the time of application and there shall be no late charges assessed to the account in the previous twelve months. The amount to be budget billed will be based on the previous twelve months of usage. In the event an account is assessed two late charges during the previous twelve months, the account may be removed from budget billing (following review and approval by the Superintendent) and all charges will be due in full at that time. April and May are sign up months for budget billing.
Operation Round-up
Now our customers can voluntarily round up their bill to the nearest dollar and help financially distressed families pay their utility bills. The pennies, nickels, and dimes that are donated will help raise thousands of dollars each year to help your neighbors, right here in our community. Most often these customers are elderly or disabled and on a fixed income. In other cases a customer may have had a crisis situation that has left them unable to pay their utility bill.Customers that chose to participate in this program will simply have their monthly bill "rounded-up" to the next highest dollar amount.
For example, if a customer has a utility bill that is $32.79, then it would be "rounded-up" to $33 and the extra $0.21 would go towards the Operation Round-up program.

The Operation Roundup Form (PDF) must be completed to give us permission to begin your donation.
