Payment Extension Policy

A Payment Extension Agreement Form can only be accepted if the following conditions are met:
  1. Customer has not already signed three (3) Payment Extension agreements for the current year
  2. Customer must pay half of what is owed on the past due balance
  3. Customer listed on the account must be present
  4. The remaining balance must be paid by the Tuesday following the cut-off
Payment Extension Agreement Forms must be signed and dated by both the customer and the Customer Service representative.
Exceptions to the above may be allowed with the authorization of the Superintendent of Public Utilities, or his designee.
