There are a number of ways to view and request media created by the City of Gallatin.

Public Records Request - Minutes of various meetings including City Council and Planning meetings can be requested from the Recorders Office at Gallatin City Hall (615-451-5895). For more on Open Records Requests, please visit https://www.gallatintn.gov/461/Open-Records 

Video Recordings - Gallatin City Council meetings are aired live on Comcast Channel 19 and recordings are periodically archived to our YouTube Channel. You can also find promotional and news release videos on our YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/c/CityofGallatin/ . 

City Council Meetings are also aired live on our Facebook Channel and are immediately archived afterward at https://www.facebook.com/gallatingov/videos

If a video has not yet been archived or you have trouble using our social media channels, please call the Office of the Mayor to request your meeting of interest be expedited to that channel. 615-451-5961. Due to the file size, sending the meeting by email is not possible, but other file transfer methods (ex. WeTransfer) may be available.
